Terms of use and platform services
The Company operates as an intermediary enabling transactions between customers and merchants and providing delivery services.
Contracts for goods are concluded directly between customer and merchant. The Company is not a party to such contracts.
Product prices are set by merchants. The Company may charge delivery and service fees. The Company receives commission from merchants.
Payments are processed via Stripe. The Company does not hold funds. Funds are held by Stripe and released after delivery and customer acceptance. Temporary authorisations may apply due to weight-based pricing. Any unused amounts are refunded.
The Company facilitates delivery. Delivery times are estimates.
Merchants are responsible for product quality, legality, and accuracy.
Withdrawal rights apply between customer and merchant. Platform service withdrawal may be limited once performed.
The Company is not liable for product defects or merchant actions.
