Legendary fishermen family
Fishing runs in Ilias’ family for generations. For over 50 years, his grandfather worked as a fisherman, and even today, his father Yannis is out at sea every single day. Originally from the island of Kasos, the family moved to Leros in 1993. A few years later, in 2000, Ilias’ parents Yannis and Angeliki opened their fish shop - built on the same values that have always guided them: hard work, freshness, and only the best quality products.
Daily supply of fresh local fish
Today, Ilias and his mother run the shop, while his father continues to bring in the catch. Together with a network of 12 local fishermen, they supply fresh fish daily - carefully selected and of the highest quality. In 2021, Ilias added ready-to-eat meals, combining tradition with convenience for today’s customers. His passion for quality remains unchanged, making their shop the trusted source for the best restaurants on the island.
